where were you new year's eve 1999?
and more importantly, did you party like it was 1999?
i did.
i think.
i was much younger then.
and dumber.
but at least i could stay up until midnight.
not so much now.
regardless of how you decide to celebrate...

and although i know only a handful of people will get this long-standing inside joke {you know who you are}...what would new year's eve be without this classic line:
"are you serious? okay, happy new year!"
yep, still funny.

I had a new baby freshly home from the NICU, and I was in bed by 8:30 as I was so exhausted. Everyone else stayed up to see if the world would fall apart at the stroke of 12, but all I wanted was to sleep! I got up to tinkle in the middle of the night, and the toilet still had water, so I figured we must be okay!
