nope.

no baby yet.

i'm just shy of 39 weeks now and although i do realize a pregnancy lasts 40 weeks,
i was somehow hopeful it would be sooner.

clearly, i was wrong.

and don't i just look thrilled?
...

i'm wondering...can pitocin be purchased online?

Weeeeelll, (here comes the TMI) your husband can help you out with his own store of natural oxytocin...I just KNOW you're in the mood!

Haha! If you find pitocin online, send me the link. I never go early! Your baby bump is absolutely adorable though, and you are rocking it with style. Here's to hoping baby comes soon!

darling clothes...as usual! :)
You have to have the baby before I leave on vacation - and I leave tomorrow - I must know - do I bring home a girl or boy gift from the Caribbean?

you may not look thrilled, but you do look BEAUTIFUL. Seriously. I don't think I've ever seen a more gorgeous pregnant woman. Can't wait to see the baby though!!

You look So much better than I did when I went to 42 1/2 weeks with my last baby! Here's to hoping you don't go THAT long :) Hang in there you look great. Where did you get your top by the way? SO cute!

I know it is hard to want to do.. but try and focus on how this is and try to remember it. Since I am done having kids I wish I would have taken more quiet moments to really "feel" that feeling of the baby moving inside of me.. to really revel in the little miracle pregnancy is. PLUS you look HOT. seriously.
oh and my SIL had her baby Tuesday.. she was having leg pain so she went to an acupuncturist and he told her she would most likely go into labor.. she was 40 weeks so she just said ok.. she left the could try that!

I was thinking about you today, and I remembered the week leading up to Joseph's birth when I had a scheduled c-section. I was so uncomfortable, but having had Emily two months early, I was so grateful he was still cooking! I also remember just savoring those last days of him inside me, knowing I would never feel it again with another baby. Those were precious days to me. Such a gift. :)

@ally: 42 and 1/2 weeks? bless your heart!

to answer your question: the top is actually a dress i picked up at target a few years back and the cardigan is from shade. most my maternity stuff is winter-y, so i'm trying my best to spring it up a bit for these last few days ;)

You look beautiful! Those last days of pregnancy can be so miserable, yet can also be so exciting. The anticipation is so...eeek! Oh wait, maybe I'm just saying that because I'm not the one who is 39 weeks pregnant ;)

And um...can I just say that you are NOT making it easy for me to resist cutting my hair! Your hair is so cute!!

@amy: you are so sweet! the nail polish is one of my all time faves. the color is strawberry margarita by OPI. the perfect spring pick-me-up!

Umm, it's probably a good thing it can't or who know's what would happen. :D You did it though, what seems like forever finally ends and your new life begins. Three kids and two hands...it's a dance I tell ya!
